Moulded Panel Doors

Our range of internal moulded panel doors are now available in a massive variety of panel configurations with either a smooth or textured surface and a choice of, standard core, safe and sound, semi-solid, solid and FD30 fire doors.

With a design for all types of traditional and contemporary interiors, moulded panel doors provide a cost effective solution that offers excellent looks and long lasting performance in both domestic and commercial environments. Glazed moulded panel doors are also available and many designs compliment the non-glazed moulded panel doors.

Moulded panel doors are manufactured from high quality hard-wearing one-piece moulded door facings that are bonded to a timber frame, and painted with a white base coat for prompt on-site finishing.

Standard core moulded panel doors typically have a multi cell core and are suitable for light duty domestic applications. Safe and Sound panel doors are solid core high specification doors that reduce sound transmission and provide improved fire resistance. Semi-solid and solid core doors provide a high quality feel in addition to reduced sound transmission. FD30 moulded panel fire doors will provide up to 30 minutes fire resistance when installed in accordance with the instructions supplied with the fire door.
