This reproduction antique letterbox cover plate features a gravity flap 318mm long by 86mm high with a 16mm projection from the door face. The mounting plates have 58mm top to bottom, and 300mm left to right screw centres, and are supplied with conventional slot headed screws for an authentic look. This letter plate tidy is suitable for apertures up to 294mm wide x 76mm high.

This black antique letter box flap will suit all timber, composite, and uPVC doors (subject to suitable screws), is quick and easy to install, and supplied complete with all fixtures and fittings.

PRO TIPS:
• Use a spare hardened steel screw to ensure the drilled pilot holes will accept the slotted screws with out deforming the heads (especially important in aged timber, oak, and other hardwood's).
• When fitting to timber doors, make sure any bare wood exposed by cutting or machining is properly sealed with high quality solvent based paint or wood-stain to prevent any moisture ingress that may lead to further issues.
