These glazed flush FD30 fire doors feature clear Georgian wired pyro safety glass installed with intumescent security glazing tape and raised hockey-stick beading on both sides of the door, ensuring outstanding performance, strength, and stability. These doors feature 3mm thick hardwood ply surfaces capable of withstanding the most demanding environments, the hardwood lippings provide a maximum trim to the sides and top of the doors of 3mm, whilst the bottom of the doors allow trimming of up to 5mm. Our paint-grade FD30 glazed fire doors offer an economical solution for shops, offices, and hospitality applications. Due to the thick plywood facings and hardwood lippings these are one of the few doors that you can finish with a water-based paint system. Whilst we do only recommend solvent-based finishes, the use of such a paint system will significantly save time and installation costs, adding further appeal to this range of plywood faced paint-grade FD30 fire doors.
