Splashback wall fixings are plastic channels mounted behind backpanels and are designed to hold metallic and Laminate backboards in place after installation. After the splashbacks are held in place by the wall fixings, trims are needed to conceal the exposed edges of your splashback. black and silver trims are available in different configurations for a variety of applications, universal trims are used at the base of the splashbacks but can also be used at the top when the top edge is concealed by a wall unit, when the top edge is exposed a finishing trim is needed instead of a universal trim to cover the extra face.
